Get your calendars out and save the date. CIOWS 2012 will happen on August 4th, 2012 with a starting time of 9:00 A.M. This is an hour earlier than the last years.

Monday: 5:30 P.M.-6:30 P.M.
Tuesday: 5:30 A.M.-6:30 A.M.
Wednesday: 5:30 P.M.-6:30 P.M.
Thursday: 5:30 A.M.-6:30 A.M.
Saturday: 7:30 A.M.-9:00 A.M.
* Other Practice Times: look for current posted Open Swim schedule at pool.
Guest Masters: Guest swimmers must show USMS membership. $5/day.
